Stuff on the Brain

Hi Everyone! (Again assuming people read this?) Its time for another day.... awesome... -_-

Anyway, its Monday at 8:30 in the morning, so why would I be up at such an early hour in the summer one could ask? Well, the simple answer to that question is that I hate my body clock. It goes "LOL YOU HAS SCHOOL!!!"

See what I mean? Anyways, I've been getting into some really good anime series recently. Namely: Nabari no Ou, Kuroshitsuji, Higurashi something something, Neon Genesis Evangelion (I know I'm uber late with that one XD), and Serial Experiments Lain (again uber late)

Anyways (becoming a word I use too much along with epic) I've had a splendid weekend! On Saturday, I worked from 3-7:30 which was nice I s'pose. Then one of my friends came over and we had a sleepover. Or in teenage boy terms as some people would say, we hung out until the next day...or something like that.

And it has just now occurred to me, the extremely annoying stereotypes that are a "teenage boy". I suppose the stereoypes are justified no less but I digrese. It only then occurred to me how many emotional problems I apparently have.

I'd obviously would rather not go into specifics right here for well....obvious reasons, but simply put, I am a lot weirder (not the good weird either) than I had originally anticipated. It's a frustrating prospect.

Moving on to books I've read! I started reading Catcher in the Rye yesterday and have gotten to Chapter 4. Generally I'm a fast reader but I see that my reading rate has declined sadly. Anyway, I was able to draw parallels between myself and the main character, Holden Caufield. The frustrating thing is, I see how he acts in the book and it almost reminds me a bit of myslef and when I grow annoyed with him, I realize how annoying I am O_O

Anyway, I also bought the first book of the Maximum Ride series yesterday and while I haven't read too far into it yet, I must say, I think I'll enjoy it.

I also have a story in the works which I'll give more details about in an upcoming journal entry.

So until then, stay safe, and don't feed the trolls!

With lots of love, Stephen
